If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility to request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Below you will find the conditions and options available to return your items.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

• Returns must be requested within the established period:

  • Online purchases: 14 days from the shipping date of your order.

  • Physical market/shop purchases: 14 days from the date of purchase.

• Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.

• Returns must be made in the same country/region where the purchase was made.

Return Options

1. Home Pick-Up (Available in Spain only)

We offer a home collection service for returns within Spain.

• Once your return is requested, a courier will pick up your package at the chosen address within 24–48 hours.

• You do not need to print a label; the courier will bring it prepared.

• Costs:

  • Mainland Spain: 6€

  • Balearic Islands: 7€

The shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.

2. International Returns (Outside Spain)

For orders placed outside Spain, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs of returning their items to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Method

• You can choose between a full refund of the product price or store credit to use on our website.

• Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund (minus the applicable return shipping costs in Spain, if used).

Important Notes

• Returns are not available for certain items such as custom-made or discounted products.

• We do not accept returns delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• Please ensure the package is securely prepared to avoid damage during transit.
