Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • Prices are shown in euro € and may change without notice.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery estimates: 3–5 days in Spain & Portugal, 5–10 days in the EU, and up to 2 weeks internationally.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

  • Some items (custom or discounted) may not be eligible for return. See our Return Policy for details.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or damages beyond our reasonable control.
