Shipping policy

Order Processing

We prepare and ship orders within 3–5 working days after confirmation of payment. Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

Delivery Times

• Spain & Portugal (Peninsula & Balearic Islands): Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• European Union: Estimated delivery within 5–10 working days after dispatch.

• International (outside EU): Estimated delivery can take up to 2 weeks after dispatch.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier delays, or busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Delivery Conditions

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding national and local public holidays.

• If the courier cannot deliver the package on the first attempt, they will make another delivery attempt. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and a new shipping fee may apply for resending.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please check the condition of your package in the presence of the courier. If you notice any visible damage or irregularities, please note it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately at hello@yh-goods.com so we can assist you.
